Under the fantastic organisation of our fundraising trustees,Tigist Kebede, Alan Stark and Pat Gooch, Home-Start West Berkshire raised £371.70 in the St. Nichola’s Church Coffee Morning. Tigist brought a band of volunteers to help on the day and we had some yummy donations of cakes from our volunteers, sisters, mothers and mother-in laws! Alan Stark, our enigmatic chair was heading up the tombola which provided great odds of 1 in every 2 tickets as a winner.
The result was fantastic and we raised some much needed funds for our Summer Outing which is a chance for our families to have free day out to a Farm Park. We couldn’t have acheived this without our committed trustees, volunteers and supporters so a big thank you from Home-Start West Berkshire.
